We request that those wishing to donate bibliographic materials to the Joel Martins Library send a list of these items to the email address ubirajar@unicamp.br , addressed to Ubirajara, with the following information:

Author
Ano:
ISBN:
This list will be analyzed and we will respond shortly – if the volume is not too large – regarding the relevant titles to compose our collection, which must be delivered to the library.
Materials in poor condition will be discarded.
Finally, we ask that when you deliver your books to the library, you inform the staff at the counter of our response number (control number) along with the materials, so that they can check them, as they will have already received this information in advance.
The incorporated books are indicated as donations and are made available in the library's circulating collections.
Donations must be accompanied by the donation term.
