For Professor Ezequiel Theodoro da Silva, forming readers is not just about teaching comprehension, but also about creating conditions for students to produce their own interpretations of texts. In the library, this task takes shape through practices of mediation, access, and circulation of ideas.

The "Beyond Gender" training program mobilizes the FE community and strengthens the institution's commitment to the inclusion of transgender and transvestite people.

A training cycle promoted by FE-Unicamp, in partnership with the Trans Consciousness Center (NCT/UNICAMP), trained faculty and staff to welcome and guarantee the rights of transgender and transvestite people, consolidating practices that point towards an institutional policy of inclusion throughout the university.
