New perspectives in undergraduate education in food engineering, science and technology: a focus on multidisciplinarity, innovation, practical learning and dialogue with industrial demands

Event objective:

To present the project that consists of developing a tool for this improvement, with which an online platform of closed content was formulated for undergraduate students, enriched with real cases, reports, documents sent by professionals in the food sector and mentoring. The idea was to create a space for exchange between professionals in the industrial sector and students, to better prepare students for the job market.

The platform was called Alimentando Conhecimento, some professionals sent content to the website, moderated by the researcher and the website was publicized through LinkedIn and emails from some universities so that students could have access.

Target Audience:

Teachers, students and researchers in the field of education contextualized in the teaching of food engineering.

Application period: From 06/06 to 27/06.
