Dear Professors and Researchers,
The PRP (Vice-Rectorate for Research) requests that the Annual update of Lattes curricula. of the faculty and researchers at Unicamp must occur until 31/03/2026, aiming to collect data on the scientific production of the University for the editions of the Statistical Yearbook and the Research Yearbook of Unicamp (base year 2025).
It further clarifies that, in addition to its fundamental importance for historical record-keeping and for analyzing the evolution of the University's scientific production, the data extracted from the Lattes Platform are used to compose the statistical database published in the Statistical Yearbook (Chapter 8). It is emphasized that this database is used as a reference for various comparisons, including providing the basis for indicators that are part of the PQO (Budgetary Qualification Program), which aims to allocate resources to Teaching, Research, and Extension Units in proportion to their respective recorded outputs.
Therefore, the late inclusion of data will result in a lower proportion of production than what was actually carried out, and consequently a lower allocation of resources to the Unit compared to those that report their data on time.
Any inclusion of data in Lattes curricula after the established date will only reflect results in the editions of the Research Yearbook, which, unlike the Statistical Yearbook, is dynamic and updated periodically.
In this regard, the CPDC reiterates the need to update the Lattes curriculum within the deadline established by the PRP.
