On March 07th, employees gathered to share their experiences in exchanges carried out at several universities around the world in a meeting organized by the Research and Scientific Dissemination Coordination of the Faculty of Education.
With the presence of exchange employees, the event provided a rich exchange of experiences and learning.
Giovanna Romaro visited universities in Portugal and Spain ( ULHT e UGR);
Eduardo Yutaka visited a university in England (UoB) and;
Tassiane Bragagnolo visited universities in Portugal (FPCEUC, ESEC, IE-UMinho e IPS),
The employees present made their trips through the International Employee Mobility Program (DERI Notice/Santander – 2022/2023), highlighting the institution’s commitment to promoting opportunities for professional and personal growth.
In addition to sharing their experiences, participants were available to answer questions about the exchange process, making the event not only an opportunity for socializing, but also for guidance and mutual support. The initiative demonstrates the commitment of the Faculty of Education to promoting internationalization and academic collaboration, enriching the educational environment and professional development, in addition to broadening the horizons of faculty and staff.
